Synopsis

Kemban and his friend Soori, struggling to secure bribery-needed forest department jobs, adopt Azhagar—an elderly man from an old age home—as a ruse to claim compensation money if he's killed by an elephant. Their plan backfires as Azhagar survives, reveals a courageous past, and earns affection from Balamani, whom Kemban also loves. Ultimately, Kemban reforms, rescues Azhagar, and marries Balamani.
